The scheme along Carnaby street at Puma wasn't quite complete when we captured these earlier this week, BUT....WTF, hey?

I'm afraid! What did they do to these mannequins?? And why?? Hope there is a follow-up post with the finished product, or is this the way it's meant to be? Bizarro! :0) As always, thank you for sharing,
