We have no idea where to begin with this scheme as it is so incredibly spectacular.  We made a special effort to travel into town just to go and have a look at this for ourselves and wow, wow, wow.....amazing.  In collaboration with Dior who have taken over all nearly all of the windows here at this magnificent store the brand have absolutely left us speechless.  These are some of the best windows we have seen in a very long time.  There are so many images which we cant include here although you can find them on our Instagram account through the link below.

These windows are possibly Blacked out at the moment in respect to the passing of HRH Queen Elizabeth II and the pending funeral on Monday.  We did manage to capture this gorgeous scheme last week while many of the department stores had already applied Black vinyl to their windows.  In the meantime this what is behind the vinyl if this fabulous store has followed the same example.

What do you do when you have huge window spaces but tiny product?  Use a giant magnifying glass of course.  If you are reading this somewhere else in the world and have never been to London before, this is one of the most luxurious places in world.  Every super luxury brand is here and naturally in this scheme, probably all of the worlds jewellery brands are represented.  Beautiful presentation as always and delivered by a really nice bunch of people behind the scenes.  It was quite busy when we captured these windows but you can find more on our instagram through the link below.

Wow, how gorgeous is this scheme..!  Even if you are reading this internationally hopefully you are familiar with this fabulous store in the best part of town.  It really is incredible how they ever manage to complete their huge run of windows which wrap around this enormous site, but they do, always.  Currently there is obviously a beauty promotion in place and what an incredible way to show the product.  Huge crystals formations fill the front windows of this iconic store right now.

This is such a delcious time of year for retail store windows and it looks like the season really is in full swing right now out there.  As always, we really look forward to seeing what these guys will do and they never disappoint.  We cant recall ever seeing so much chrome in such wonderful jewel colours and if you have a moment do scan the QR code just below too for the full interactive experience.  The high street is very busy in this part of town so we were in a hurry to capture these images but we have been able to scan them and it still works fine.  Larger images as always will be on our Facebook and Instagram site - links below.

It is unusual to see these windows almost completely covered up but a wonderful strategy nonetheless.  Inviting the passerby to look inside these tiny reveals is Harrods right now.  Once up close fabulous product is revealed in kalidescopic enclosures mirroring the product from 350 degrees.  A wonderful strategy for sure.

We haven't had a look at this brand in a long time so we decided to have a scout around this part of town to see what they are currently doing.  It was quite busy, even at night time however we were drawn into this installation within their long (very long) run of windows.  The brand appear to have installed a whole range of these cabinets with a variety of installations in each however this one, which we guess is in collaboration with Bulgari is absolutely our favourite.  OK, well these types of busts have been used on many occasion but in this gorgeous Pink and against the wonderful Orange backdrop they really do look superb.

Loro Piana @Harrods, London

With their 'Dunes of Pure Rarity' installation at Harrods right now (which incidentally must have cost them a small fortune to have here) the latest scheme from Loro Piana looks incredibly interesting.  Unfortunately as the store was closed when we visited we weren't able to explore this much further (as in is there anything else in store?) although their gravity defying ropes in a repetition format looks quite amazing from the outside.

Harrods are rocking the old market trader look right now, although of course rather a posh one....obvs.  With everyone else teetering on the Sale period and others in full swing thankfully we can rely on the luxe brands to bring a bit of interest to the high street.  With floral installations and real, yes real fruit (because we spotted a mouldy one; but then 'plastique' never looks good, right?) as usual this brand have created a magnificent installation with several lifetimes' supply of fragrance bottles, flora and some great props.  You won't find any 'gear' for a 'paaaahhhnndd' in this 'gaff'.
