We are finally seeing some Olympic schemes coming through around London, so this week we are going to show you some of our favourites.  This one is from Energie situated along Carnaby st, which we've featured on several occasions before.  The scheme here highlights the 'Games After Party' on suspended perspex printed with a kind of circuit board design and placed in front of a London tube map.  Slightly odd in one sense as the Games haven't actually begun although it will eventually make sense of course.

We love the graphics at Energie and Miss. Sixty along Carnaby St. at the moment.  This collaged effect of a combination of what appears like screen printing, news print images and silhouettes works so incredibly well don't you think?  This has a kind of Vivienne Westwood / Malcolm McClaren feel to it (although not as aggressive) but nonetheless really does make this end of this historic street look cool again.  It is a shame that 'they' had to put a mid season sale vinyl on the fenestration, although that's a commercial enterprise for you.  However, these guys are rocking right now and we keep coming back to see what they do next.

We were quite pleasantly surprised to see this scheme, in part at Energie and the other bits in Ms. Sixty.  These guys have done some great stuff this year and clearly have their fingers on the pulse of what has been happening and what is happening on the high street from Trend agencies,  Lux brands all the way to the multiples.  These guys seem to always be able to make their windows look more like a boutique than a multiple, which we love.  Who wants to see the same scheme pumping out of every London street (and several times on the same street) anyway?  White seems to be the thread flowing through Christmas schemes in London right now together with either taxidermy/faux/re-created animals and in particular birds, so these guys have got it bang on.  Of course this is not the whole scheme from these brands so you'll just have to go and have a look yourself to see how this little puzzle hangs together.  Get yourself down to their Carnaby street store and check them out?

If you happen to be along Carnaby street soon, do go and check out Energie.  This is such a wonderfully fresh and youthful brand who are really producing some very exciting stuff.  Literally, the Energie from these stores oozes from their windows.  With their gorgeous colourful shadows we cant  help but just want to be part of it all.

These guys at Energie are absolutely rocking London right now with their schemes.  Creating and installing them faster than Gaga can change her outfits the team here are strutting their stuff with the confidence of a mega-brand.  With their 'air-con' freezing and dripping lettering spelling out Summer thankfully these guys haven't tarnished their installation with massive 'Sale' signage plastered on their windows, but maintained their scheme with a discrete 40% off placed just at the bottom of their window - thank you..!  We love where these guys are going with their schemes and fingers crossed they don't become so massive that we just see a large format graphic placed behind every scheme in the future.  Guess....watch this space....

These guys have been producing some really fun schemes recently.  We saw the giant blinking eye balls a while back and and their latest offering is these cut-out Black and White drawn faces with outrageously large moustaches which is great fun too.  This is such a simple scheme which illustrates that one doesn't always need lavish budgets to produce something that is quick and effective across multiple sites.  

Miss Sixty / Energie, London

This is such a fun scheme from Energie / Miss Sixty which brought a huge smile to our faces.  These large out sized eyeballs are placed in this repetition format (essentially repetition of radiating forms) some of which wink (or blink?).  We have seen some really great schemes from this brand over time and this is certainly the most fun to date.  Do check out there store along Carnaby Street and take a look yourself.  Another little winner we think.  Thanks Energie / Miss Sixty, great fun.

Energie, Rome

Further along the Via del Corso, here in Rome, is the Energie store. This is another brand that I dont see very often so it was very exciting to see what they are doing here. This brand looks at blogs and sites all over the globe to keep up to date with the latest trends on the street. I did have to smile to myself, however, as their website seems to have lost some things in translation and they actually say that they 'decline' rather than 'define' trends on the street into various categories. I would look at your site, guys at Energie, as there is quite a crucial difference here in meaning. But anyway, they are clearly hip and trendy and I do like these 3-D words in the window scheme. I'm not wholly convinced that the merchandise hung from the letters works particularly well, but it is that kind of casual brand and therefore perhaps this is perfectly right? Anyway, do go and have a look at what they are doing, they're young and fun and clearly know their market.
