This is probably not the most exciting scheme we've seen from this brand although it is still early-ish in the retail calendar and we're sure that there are a lot more interesting installations to come.  At the moment a bit of symmetry as a window dynamic, graphics forming the backdrop with of course their delicious products is the latest scheme from this brand right now.

Thankfully new schemes are emerging and as we would expect at this time of year, some good old fashioned references to the big diary date, Valentines.  Not all retailers embrace this event each year although as always references to heart motifs remain popular.  This brand in particular have produced some notable installations and this one looks particularly great.

We're sure that just like every other retailer this one has suffered this year although they still managed to pull off some great schemes nonetheless.  With the Christmas season in full swing out there on the high street, with the exception of a few retailers, naturally this brand are highlighting some of their gorgeous products within their scheme.  Large boxes in a beautiful shade of Blue in a pyramidal format topped with a large outsized bow fill their windows with a stunning Gold trim around the outside of their windows.

This is another brand who's windows will be featuring in our book out later this year as they have produced some fantastic schemes at this site as well as their previous one across the road.  The current scheme is probably not quite as dynamic as their previous schemes, no doubt due to the on-going circumstances however we are pleased that they have at least got something visual in their windows anyway.

We've always loved the innovation at this brand and while they have been located at this site they have produced schemes which have been real corkers.  No easy task with open backed windows.  Ok, well, this one isn't their most innovative of course but then there is a pandemic happening therefore we are just grateful that they have something in their windows right now and we're sure that far more spectacular schemes are in the pipeline for the rest of the year.

Oh we do love a Smythson window scheme and as with everyone else out there this was probably no easy task to produce given the circumstances.  At first glance you might think that this is actually a very simple scheme however as always the simplest ones are always the most difficult to produce as there is no where to hide.  Just look how perfectly their products fit into these boxes.  We salute whoever had the measuring task for this one.

We do love a great Smythson scheme and they never disappoint.   We also love the energy and clearly there is a passion by the brand to produce great installations.  Interestingly, and whether this has anything at all to do with this scheme we have no idea, however during the 1950's and post War Europe we did see a lot of these metal structures being used in windows as the amount of raw materials to produce schemes was very limited.  There is also a bit of a Fine Art and particularly, it seems references to drawings which is particularly interesting here.

Rocking the kind of scheme which we used to spot at Fortnum and Mason is Smythson.  As always, delicious products, although price-wise out of the reach of most of us but a fantastic scheme to tempt us nonetheless.   A kind of Alice in Wonderland-style scheme appears to have been adopted by the brand here and we are big fans of what they do as they just keep getting more and more interesting as time passes.

There's a very slight reference to the Memphis design style here at this brand with their bright colours and stripes, although only tentatively (not that it lacks confidence in any way just that we are not definitely certain.)  Great props and as always superb products this is the current scheme at Smythson right now.

We just cant make up our minds about this scheme at the moment.  It does look interesting but what is it?  These quite beautifully coloured 'things' complete with a crown and other stuff looks impressive although does it mean anything or did we miss the point?  It is of course superbly produced although are we looking for a deeper meaning and are just not making the connection?

Since this brand moved across the street to their new site (their old site temporarily houses the LV store while the Maison undergoes renovations) the installations just keep on coming.  We recently included the scheme at Jimmy Choo which appeared almost like a crumpled metallic structure, and although not yet quite a trend happening across windows we can see some links appearing here nonetheless.
