Hackett, London

There's a wonderfully fresh feel to this scheme.  This brand always produce such great quality schemes which we have commented on on many occasions previously.  The strap line for their latest installation is Beyond the Blues complete with mannequins on rocks.  We had to have scan around however as we initially thought that the brand had released a sustainable collection (great if they have) although it's actually referencing some product which of course is Blue.  We love Blue.  Check out the video promotions which go with this scheme which are very beautifully shot.

Salvatore Ferragamo, London

Whoever sold this amount of prop butterflies to this brand must have been jumping for joy.  Given the amount of stores this brand have globally (is it 393 still?) and multiply that by probably 1000 Butterflies per store (..ish) this has kept someone very busy recently and great news for the industry.  We have seen some wonderful gems from this brand and this is another very beautifully produced installation.

Valentino, London

This brand don't tend to do much in the way of Visual Merchandising in their stores sadly which is perhaps rather a missed opportunity although thats the way it is.  We did love this little bit that they have installed at their Bond street store however with their gorgeous Red neon against the Red backdrop.  It did take us some time to work out what the lettering said however and it was a flip-of-a-coin scenario initially between Alone and A Love until we realised that it actually says Alcove, referring of course to their Rockstud Alcove bag featured in the window.

Fendi, London

We couldn't quite work out what this scheme was initially and to be honest we are only rather guessing when we say that it appears to be a series of F's.  Rolling ones too.  We've have a glance across the brands website and there are no immediate links that we can spot to tie in with this scheme.  Naughty.  Anyway, we will satisfy ourselves by thinking that they are a giant version of the Fendi monogram.

Jimmy Choo, London

This brand are changing their schemes so fast at the moment and what a great one this is.  Their store along Bond street has such small windows that we're amazed that they are able to get anything in to them at all (besides a pair of shoes).  The current scheme is a wonderful faux perspective complete with cut out palms in these delicious colours.

Dior, London

We remember a time when this brand did virtually nothing visual in their windows, but just look at them now.  We've come to love what this brand do as every scheme is so wonderfully different and therefore we have no idea what to expect apart from something incredible.  We've seen this installation across social media already, so, clearly already gone around the world.  No easy task for sure to achieve.

Zara, London

Wow this brand is looking very crisp and clean right now with their latest installation which incidentally has been produced to almost luxury level (the store itself isn't of course).  Pallets and scissor lifts in a chrome finish and stacked at a low level create the narrative around their product.  We cant recall seeing these mannequins anywhere before although its great see something fresh out there.  Given the amount of stores this brand has, just like most other retailers who are making such a massive effort to entice us in, the production of this was no doubt no easy task and it is very much appreciated.

Burberry, London

Wow, this is such an interesting direction for this brand.  We did check out their Bond street store although it was all papered over so we suspect that a version of this scheme is going to be installed there too.  Well, maybe.  Anyway, huge prop heads have been installed at their Regent street store in conjunction of course with their delicious products.  Very impressive.

Onitsuka Tiger, London

Well this is a new brand we've never seen before.  Actually we have seen it before although it seems to have changed its name several times however before you become excited, it's just ASICS by another name.  Still, we were excited to see it nonetheless and would you believe, this brand has actually been around since 1949 and it's a wonderful Japanese one at that.  If you wanted some ideas re. what to do with all those old trainers then here's the answer.  A great, and we guess, inaugural scheme for this shiny store along Regent street.

Dolce and Gabbana, London

The suppliers who produce the schemes for this brand must be working overtime with the amount of stores, windows and schemes that this brand have.  In fact it actually isn't possible to leave Bond street without passing one of them (if you travel in a straight line of course).  As usual decadent props and lots of Gold fill the windows here at their Piccadilly end of this luxury street.

Longchamp, London

This is quite an interesting installation from this brand.  Rocking a kind of Green Grocers / market stall feel is Longchamp right now.  We often see some great schemes from this brand even though they tend to go down kind of abstract / shape / form route normally so this was an interesting find to see that more props and a narrative fills their windows.  As with all brands right now this was no easy task to do given the current circumstances and a great break from the usual large format graphics we are seeing out there.

Chanel, London

We've been following this brand for many years and we have to say it, this brand is looking good right now.  There have been many years where it looked so incredibly unloved (in their Visual presentation), in fact you can see some of the previous years' entries here and track through how they have transformed themselves.  Thankfully, at least for now, those horrible pin head mannequins have gone and a more generic / abstract headed figure has been used.  Relief.

Max Mara, London

This is such a wonderfully fresh and clean scheme right now at this brand.  We love the partial Architectural elements included in the scheme on a very slick Black floor.   The Bonaveri figures are of course very beautiful although the brand have used these for quite a few years.  Naturally sustainability is becoming more and more important not just across society generally but also increasingly so in retail.  It would however be quite nice to see a change here so that we had something different to look at although we are still emerging from various stages of lockdown so we doubt it will be imminent however hopefully moving forward they will consider this.
