Fortnum and Mason, London

We've included the side windows of this brand as they have changed their front facing run with digital screens.  Our eyes are stinging.  While digital technology is of course a sign of progression, it is such a shame that they have made this move.  In the case of this brand, it's a bit like putting a giant plasma screen in an historic stately home.......dreadful.  Additionally, technology needs to be kept fed with updates (not cheap) and is still finite in what it can do.  Time will tell of course if the brand will revert back to the style we've known and loved (or even develop a new one, but just not this one) while investing in the skilled hands and expert knowledge of their Visual Merchandising team who have always done such a superb job.  Watch this space we guess.
