We're spacing out our entries this week as new schemes are rather thin out there right now although thankfully luxury has come to the rescue as usual but not all stores have new schemes to share with you.  Sadly, it seems, that retailers are still dealing with the hangover from the pandemic and just about everyone has gone into Sale so there is very little to share from London.  This brand of course continues to deliver although we have no idea what this scheme is actually about.

At the moment we're right in the middle of the Sale period which is very unfortunate as this means that there is very little for us to share with you and let's be honest, Sale windows are never sexy.  This brand however, rather than removing their scheme have simply added the Summer Sale onto the fenestration.  Wise move regarding costs although in an ideal world, an innovative Sale scheme would have been great.

Salvatore Ferragamo, London

We're getting quite Art Deco Vibe from this scheme at Salvatore Ferragamo, don't you think?  Ok, well not quite influenced by Ocean liners or cars although there are clearly some Architectural elements here.  Incidentally, while our images probably don't do this scheme justice, although we weren't particularly taken by it anyway, it did receive a lot of interest on our Insta account.

Loewe, London

We cant quite work this scheme out?  This is actually called Fringes (this is from the name at the bottom of the glass) however fringes appears to relate to their bucket bag although there are no bucket bags here.  Oh gawd its just all so confusing.  We'll just agree that it's something to do with Paula's Ibiza collection.

Penhaligon's, London

These windows are not quite as chaotic as they may look in our images.  The store here has a curved front and therefore it is quite difficult to capture the schemes head on.  However, another little winner from this gorgeous brand with the launch of their Sports Car Club fragrance.  We're loving the outsized bottle props too.  Do check out their web pages as this fragrance sounds delicious.

Ralph Lauren, London

We really don't see enough of retailers coming outside of their usual spaces and utilising the exterior of their spaces.  There are some pockets of creativity but none quite as big as this beauty although as far as we understand, local council here who essentially control what retailers can do don't always allow it....boo!  As always, this brand completely embrace the season with their huge Wimbledon Tennis Championships scheme across the run of their windows.

We've put the video of this element from this particularly scheme on our Facebook page as it really is quite hypnotic.  While we have of course seen these types of Kaleidoscopic schemes on many occasions previously as well as the use of the hexagon, this brand have pulled it off in an interesting way.  Do check out the video though as it really draws you into the scheme.

Who even knew that Max Mara had its own Teddy?  No surprise that its called Max of course.  We're guessing that this scheme is possibly related to the Max Mara Bearing Gifts campaign which if you haven't had a look at then you should just Google Maxmarabearinggifts which will take you to their online game-like experience which we have to say is very impressive indeed.  Naturally there are products to view but it has been produced to their very high standards.

It must be that time of year again, yep, the holiday season is upon us once again.  Time to dust off the flora and exotica and fill the windows across town.  It is slightly unusual to see Brown coloured and ghostly White exotic leaves although a it does make a refreshing change nonetheless.  It might be time though, perhaps to rethink this season otherwise it will just become another Valentines equivalent with Red and Heart motifs everywhere.

Delvaux, London

We've been wondering for a long while what the history of these windows are at Delvaux, does anyone know?   It is such unusual to have these decorative, possibly Bronze (?) framed windows here in London which have been set within larger rectangular frames.  We remember it being a shoe shop before Delvaux moved in although they had obviously just inherited the same space.  Please do let us know if you know any information.  In the meantime, the current scheme, based on the various components which create their gorgeous products is Delvaux right now.

We rarely look at the windows at this brand and feel that wow factor although this scheme even in its simplicity is actually very effective.  It looks like someone has just joined the team and knows exactly where to take the windows schemes (well possibly anyway).  We don't know what the influence is here although we're guessing this scheme has been inspired by the work of an Artist?
