There are some very strange looking forms in the windows at Cos right now.  We're not sure where they are going with this scheme and it is possibly one of those intermittent installations pre-Christmas season.  Who knows?  The shapes are of course interesting although we're not  sure the product is quite right for this installation?

This is such an interesting direction for this brand and we're loving the metallics with the optical illusions.  This is a new installation at their Bond street store and we guess we still have their Christmas offer to look forward to.

We are desperately trying not to include Christmas schemes just yet although some will just slip through we guess.  While this wonderfully luxurious brand dont do anything major with their Visual Merchandising  we thought we would include them as they are the first store we have come across which have acknowledged the biggest season of the VM year.

Purdey, London

This brand has become such a gem on the high street from a visual perspective.  We only happened upon it a short while ago and great to see that they invest in their Visual Merchandising.  Situated in the heart of Mayfair this store appears to cover quite a large site and has a generous run of window spaces.  We're not every likely to purchase any of the products ourselves however - we just don't have a moment to spare to go Grouse shooting on our country estate wearing our tweedy breeks - although we guess there is still a market for this stuff.

Mount Street Printers, London

It really is such a pleasure when we happen upon small independent stores which make a big effort with their windows.  We have included this store previously and while we know nothing about them their windows always stop us in our tracks as we peruse the stores along Mount street here in the centre of it all.  Currently the store has a sea / water influenced scheme complete with origami Fish in a range of colours.

This is quite a difficult scheme to truly appreciate in a still image however the scheme essentially consists of large delicately coloured panels partially surrounding the merchandise which is suspended in a gravitational format.

This is one of those brands that we only ever really tend to hear of intermittently and just occasionally come across their products.  They probably have a much bigger presence in other countries.  With reference to their Milan Fashion week installation and immersive Fashion experiences the brand worked in conjunction with the Artist Gary Card to produce a modern refined shoe factory which has clearly been translated into their latest window scheme.

We've shown you a version of this scheme previously although on this occasion the brand have opted for the scheme in Black and White (well actually monochrome really).  In the usual repetition format the brand have elevated some of their gorgeous products on these three plinths although other than that there isn't a lot more which we can add.

Cassandra Goad, London

We often pass this store on Sloane Street (the Kings Road end) although have never been inside.  After a cursory glance across the www it transpires that this a fine jewellery-type store.   Even better is that this is one of the few brands, beyond Isabel Marant, Selfridges and occasionally Liberty that have any reference of their windows on their website.  Fantastic.  So, celebrating Dia de Muertos (the Mexican Holiday on 31st October) is Cassandra Goad complete with traditional skeleton figures in brightly coloured clothing.

We have been passed this scheme on several occasions although not had the opportunity to stop and take a closer look until now.  While we have seen the use of these types of pillars / columns in schemes on many occasions (Max Mara have been referencing these for some time now) we do love the colours used.  This installation absolutely glows onto Sloane street particularly at night time.

Wow, just look at these little beauties.  Apparently its new diary season (according to this brand) and who wouldn't want one of their delicious products, eh?  Anyway, what great props in their windows right now with structures covered in what appears to be paper Ivy leaves.  Particularly impressive is the ship down below.
