You may remember that back in January we included this amazing collaboration between Sophie Hulme and those cool guys at www.elemental.co.uk  and their 'Go Bananas' installation for this brands first ever Pop-up at the fabulous Harrods Department store.  With their latest 'refresh' www.elemental.co.uk have once again woven their magic with these beautiful Brass framed pieces and shades of Pink and stunning draped curtaining - deliriously sumptuous.

Marks and Spencer, London

This brand is looking so confident right now and with their latest Free Flip Flops promotion (OK, well you have to spend £35.00 or more, but great promotion nonetheless) in a repetition format and perfectly illuminated product who could resist but be drawn in and make a purchase?  We are so rooting for this brand right now, we've seen them hit such hard times for so long but rising like a fantastically visual phoenix out of the retail ashes we have everything crossed that their clearly hard work and wonderful input will pay back dividends.  Please keep the creativity coming, your brand  looks better and better with every installation and we really appreciate it.

The latest campaign from Ted Baker showcases this fantastic 'Colour by Numbers' womenswear collection with a scheme in collaboration with those lovely people at www.harlequin-design.com  Easels, sketches and out sized pencils and pencil shaving props create a fun narrative around the new collection from this brand recognised on the high street for its huge doses of humour.  The product  has been suspended in a gravitational and repetition format against this beautiful coloured backdrop.

Fenwick, London

This brand just continue to get better and better and looking just as a department store should.  We adore their Hot Lips promotion and a worthy cause it is too.  In support of Women for Women International, £1.00 from every lipstick sold will be donated to this fantastic charity in the first two months of sales.  A great fun Charlotte Tilbury window and an amazing promotion, so, go on, swing by and do your bit and get your slice of Happiness in a Tube.

Fendi, London

'Hues of Light' by Chris Wood forms the backdrop to the delicious product at Fendi right now.  We've seen a slight variation of this (we think) at the brands Sloane street store; this one is along Bond street.  Of course its no new news that collaborations are de rigeur and right now however these types of things really do invigorate what is happening on the high street and so refreshing to view.  This iridescent installation looks stunning in the space here.  Happy 4th July also to our friends across the pond.

Vanessa Gounden, London

We are not familiar with this brand and have never actually noticed this store previously along Conduit street until now although this incredible installation drew us in so job well done we guess.  Mehta Bell Projects (essentially a company that loan Gallery Arts Works) have collaborated this with the artist Anne Samat and Vanessa Gounden to generate this fantastic window scheme.  If you happen to be around this area do check out the store too,  it was closed when we visited although even just from the front the contemporary interior space looks very exciting.

John Varvatos, London

With so many retailers with Summer Sale schemes right now we have been struggling to find any innovation to share with you.  However, fortunately there are brands such as John Varvatos who still have something which is interesting out there on the high street.  A fractured mirrored backdrop (aren't broken mirrors an indication of fractured personalities?) and of course gorgeous product, this brand at least have a scheme installed with no 'Red' in sight.

Harrods, London

If you havent seen the latest Summer sports windows at Harrods then here's a glimpse for you.  If you are unfamilair with this store, they have an enormous 'run' of windows wrapped around the building which are ideal for huge statement narratives although no easy task to fill for sure.  In conjunction with www.sfd.co.uk this beautifully illuminated scheme glows from the windows across this exclusive area of London.

Moschino, London

We are suffering from the curse of LESDL (late evening Summer day light) right now so our images are not as crisp as we would like but hopefully you get the gist of the schemes we are including here.  Moschino is rocking a kind of Gilbert and George look right now with their shaded coloured mannequins and product-led floral back drop.  If you aren't familiar with the work of Gilbert and George they are known for their highly formal appearance and their brightly coloured graphic-style photo-based artworks which can be seen globally and has been known to be collected by the likes of David Bowie.  We've even seen their work at Louis Vuitton along Bond street too.

Joseph, London

This is one brand that never fails to deliver amazing schemes.  Their latest installation is 'a confrontation between the natural and artificial world' with their 'monochromatic landscape that feels very organic with its fluid shapes that undulate across the window bed and fill the space'.  These beautifully sculptural forms in a Matt White finish have been hand painted with curvy Black Gloss lines which act as an abstract blank canvas and create such an interesting context for their pre-AW16 edit.  Stunning as always.

Liberty, London

If this scheme doesn't raise a smile on your post-Brexit faces then you need help beyond what we can offer.  We have recently commented that there is such a lack of humour on the high street where retail store windows are concerned however Liberty are offering their contribution in very high doses indeed.  With the pending launch of the new AbFab movie (or the film version of the TV program Absolutely Fabulous in case you are reading this in a country where this iconic show hasn't reached you) the latest scheme at Liberty absolutely fabulously encapsulates everything fun about this wonderful duo.  We have included a video here which you can also see on our YouTube channel too.

London Gay Pride, 2016

View of Oxford Circus, London
If you attended the Gay Pride, 2016 event in London then you probably couldn't help noticing some of the fantastic supportive retailers schemes and the multitude of Freedom Flags across the city.  We were fortunate to be invited to a private Pride celebration at Canada House (Canadian High Commission) overlooking Trafalgar square and of course treated to spectacular views and a beautifully decorated event.  Levis, installed their scheme in support of the Harvey Milk Foundation with the strap line 'Love is in our Jeans.  At Levi Strauss we have zero tolerance of intolerance'; very noble indeed.  Gap had also installed their #rainbowgap scheme along the route on Regent street.
