Calvin Klein, Moscow

Some of the Calvin Klein stores are looking superb at the moment and this space in Moscow is amazing.  Situated within Vesna Bosco Di Ciliegi, these amazing billboards with cut outs from Sterling Ruby's exceptional artwork bring this whole place to life.   Moscow is looking like an amazing city to watch right now.  Another great installation produced in conjunction with the fantastic team at www.artevetrinaproject.it

Loro Piana @Harrods, London

With their 'Dunes of Pure Rarity' installation at Harrods right now (which incidentally must have cost them a small fortune to have here) the latest scheme from Loro Piana looks incredibly interesting.  Unfortunately as the store was closed when we visited we weren't able to explore this much further (as in is there anything else in store?) although their gravity defying ropes in a repetition format looks quite amazing from the outside.

Kartell, London

This is a brand which we haven't looked at previously and just happened to come across during a walkabout around Knightsbridge one evening.  This Italian brand is probably well known to you already and we have seen a lot of their merchandise in various stores around the world although never actually come across a sole site dedicated to their products (apparently they actually have 130 single-brand flagship stores so we've obviously been walking around with our eyes closed.

Diesel, London

The merchandise at this brand always looks so cool (although a bit pricey at times) however we do love the irreverence of what they do and their latest campaign is just that.  With their strap-line 'The more hate you wear the less you care'....slightly an odd one....but then they are so successful at what they do and it did make us stop and think.

Hogan, London

To be honest with you we only managed to whizz passed here on our way back from the Hu Sheguang show at the Natural History museum and didn't really give it the attention that it deserves.  Slightly reminiscent of the Roger Hiorns amazing installation, Seizure (at least in colour) we did detect however at least a little bit of digital technology on the back screens.  Ultimately another great installation from this amazing brand.

Hu Sheguang, London

If you missed the Hu Sheguang Fashion event last night at the Natural History Museum here in the centre of it all then you really did missed a treat.  We managed to bag ourselves (eventually) a front row seat, muscling in between Princess something-or-other and Baron Von (enter unpronounceable name here) however we had a blast ooh-ing and ahhing the amazing creations from this Beijing Designer.  One to  watch for sure.

Oasis, London

We're all probably feeling the same as these mannequins right now and with their strap line, 'Layer on, Layer off' absolutely hitting the mark with the current season.  Freezing during the morning, freezing during the evening and balmy, warm, sunny afternoons.  If, like us, you also use the London tube this adds another layer of hot-as-hell, so we are never quite sure what to wear.

The Broken Arm, Calvin Klein, Paris

The Broken Arm, besides being a super cool name for a store and an amazing space, just look at this incredible work.  The Broken Arm is an exclusive cafe/boutique in the heart of the Parisian Marais and working in conjunction with the super talented www.artevetrinaproject.it the teams have created this wonderful installation which was originally presented during New York Fashion week.  What a way to begin the weekend.

Cath Kidston, London

This has to be one of the best installations from this brand in a very long time.  We do pass here quite frequently although we tend to keep on walking.....until now.  These jumbo knitted pieces in the windows not only look superb and interesting, they drew us in we couldn't help but share them with you.  Its a shame that the Sale information interrupts and blocked a lot of the hard work but then that's retail for you.

Liberty, London

With iridescent materials being hot right now, we were pleased to see this trend included in the latest scheme at Liberty.  Circular discs placed in a repetition format fill most of the spaces in these relatively small (and quite difficult to work with we image) windows.  We guess next will be their Christmas scheme so just watch this space.

Oh you've got to love the humour behind this brands' schemes and as always they have yet again delivered an installation which cant help but make you smile.  Best in Show is the latest offering at their Regent street store complete with rope barriers,  Silver trophies against a seasonal Yellow backdrop and of course the obligatory pooches.
