Meanwhile, here in New York, Saks are 'entertaining' us with their latest projection. Well, how much longer could we endure the illuminated snowflakes and the sound of tubular bells eh? Anyway, in true 'cookie-cutter-dare-we-offend-anyone' style we have the exploding bubbles and snowflakes - Dull at the very most, but of course you may think oherwise. If you like this malarkey, you can catch our video (which incidentally was recorded in great anticipation after pushing our way through the crowds of international cookie cutters) by clicking on the link below.

Tiffany, New York
If you loved the Tiffany windows in London, then you will be completely wowed by these ones here in New York. One of the things that we love so much about New York store windows is that the retailers are not afraid to apply their scheme, in part, on the outside of their spaces. Static images of course only tell part of the story, so, if you'd like to them in action, check out our You Tube Channel from the link below and be wowed too. Better still go and see them for yourself?

While we are freezing here on the East coast in New York, its clearly warm and sunny in California. We are quite envious right now. We are always excited to receive new images from across the globe to share with you and have recently recieved these of the windows of the ever-so-cool-it-hurts Maxfield in Los Angeles of Chris Jonics 'Clothes Horse' installation. How cool is this? We love this installation with its wonderful humour and particularly within a retailer so confident that no merchandise is even presented. Brilliant.

If you want to be wowed, then look no further than Bergdorf Goodman. These guys are at the pinnacle of Visual Merchandising Theatre and we have never been disappointed. We are sure you wont be either with our snapshot of their windows. If you would like to view our video of their windows, then check out our video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIuLBeb6YcM

Tiffany, London
With probably the best scheme to date from this incredible brand, Tiffany have launched their Carousel scheme across the globe. This scheme in London, of course looks quite superb and no expense has clearly been spared. The New York flagship looks even better. We're just about to launch our videos from New York via You Tube so that you will have an even better view of this scheme in motion. Sadly the London scheme is static, while the New York scheme really is all bells and whistles and most of the window schemes have some level f movement. Its all just too exciting really.

Barneys, New York, Gagas Workshop
Here's another little snippet for you of Gagas Workshop at Barneys. We are in the process of uploading our videos to You Tube so in the meantime we'd like to whet your appetite (or probably tease you) with another slice of the scheme currently in place for the holiday season.

Barneys, New York
Well we finally made it back to the Big Apple for this seasons latest and greatest in window schemes and what's happening on the streets. Of course, first stop has to be Barneys and Gaga's workshop. Just wait until you see the windows - magical. We're very excited as we are now making short videos too, so you will be able to see the whole experience soon on our You Tube site in all is glory. We're incredibly jet lagged but for the next few weeks while we are stateside you will be able to see all of visual New York (well almost all) from this site. In the meantime, we're continuing with our London schemes and launching the best of New York from Monday.....just watch this space.

Stella McCartney, London
We're not sure if these lights were initially expensive, if the recycling theme is being drawn out of every one of Stella's pores or if she is just being scrooge-like on the old Christmas bling. Three years running these little old pups have been dragged out from the 'attic' somewhere, dusted down and placed in these windows. We didn't like them the first time around, but three years running.....oh c'mon guys. Squeezing every last penny out of these hideous little lights reminiscent of some dying suburban high street is killing the magic. Can we have new ones next year please?

Mathew Williamson, London
We never really know what to say looking at the brand. Sometimes they get their schemes looking really amazing and other times, we just shrug and think 'so what'. This scheme of course is absolutely on trend with its taxidermy and a 'typical' Christmas scheme. However, as the mannequins are same ones used for every single scheme (and we mean every single scheme) there's no real surprise left here apart from where are they going to position them next. Its a bit like watching an episode of Big Brother. The people are the same only just in ever so slightly different positions each time we view them. Anyway, the product is beautiful and of course we know the quality is here, but come on guys, tease us a little with some kind of variation, will ya?

Alexander McQueen, London
We cant help but be in awe of this brand - much like everyone else it seems. The quality and sensitivity of their schemes is just superb. We have seen the New York scheme already courtesy of the head of creative and we are itching to take a closer look ourselves - we will include it shortly. In the meantime, if you happen to be in London get right up close to the merchandise in the window - just stunning. Each piece or these ceramics has been hand sewn into place. The overall scheme appears as a beautiful gift that has just been opened. Who wouldn't want a gift like this?

Diane Von Furstenberg
Go..!..Glisten...!...Give...! is the message at Diane Von Furstenbug right now. If ever you wanted to do something creative with paper cups but didn't know what, then look no further than DVF. With their fun structures filling this tiny space, it kind of brought a wry smile to our faces. We sort of like it, but want to love it. We don't love it, but does that matter anyway? We're sure the NYC store which we will include shortly will look even better and have a completely different scheme to delight us - well we hope.
